Real estate Photography Session | Allen, Maryland

13960387100_9fd0fe958a_z I was recently hired to photograph a beautiful house on the south side of the county, in historic Allen, Maryland.  This house has everything you could ask for, every detail was thought of, right down to the ventilation system that strategically allows filtered air from the outside, and otherwise it's as sealed tight as can be.  Very efficient with a giant walk in closet, this house is a MUST SEE! Many thanks to Howard Spielman for the opportunity to work for him and help sell this house!  This has a mix of many mediums... Aerial, GoPro, and land-based shots with my Nikon D600.

Maternity session | Olesya | Salisbury, Maryland

Olesya and Cris are a great couple - she, a very proud Russian,  and he an American to the core - and this match is PERFECT.  I missed out on the opportunity to photograph their first son and Olesya's maternity then however I was right on time for this go 'round and this time, she's a little girl :)  Here's the set, we shot in two locations, their house and an exquisite spit of land on the tip of one of the most idyllic places on the Eastern Shore of Maryland you will find.  Sunsets are made for this place, or maybe this place is just perfectly made for sunsets... you be the judge. Maternity session | Stephanie and Robbie | Salisbury, Maryland

So I shot this couple at a new photographers shootout a year or so ago and it was very apparent very fast that they love the camera, or better yet, my camera loves them.  Stephanie exudes as much confidence as you can image and couples that with very classic beauty and you've got on hot momma!  No question that Robbie isn't the biggest fan of being in front of the camera but he is very supportive of his lovely wife!  Anyhow, here's their maternity session in my favorite 50 or so images! Enjoy and let me know if you'd like to book your maternity session with me! Springtime is right around the corner, and I have access to some amazing locations around the area.

Another freakin' photography blog.

Well, hopefully it doesn't just consist of blah blah things and trite commentary from another photographer.  So, my idea (well, my wife's idea) is to make this a blog about how I do what I do with my camera and all the tools after I shoot the images I shoot.  Maybe some restoration stuff, maybe some Adobe Photoshop stuff, definitely some Adobe Lightroom stuff, and for sure some Adobe Premiere stuff and how can I leave out After Effects.

PHEW! That's a lot of Adobe Products, but the workflow is INCREDIBLE and logical.

So for my very first post I will show you a restoration I did of an image taken in 1967 of my paternal grandfather.  I scanned it, I fixed it, I filmed that while I didthat and then sped it up so you can see it happen before your eyes.    If you have any questions about how I pulled this off, don't hesitate to ask.
